She is a graduate of Dickinson State University in North Dakota where she earned a bachelor’s degree in general studies with an Equine Minor. Rachel earned her law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School where she was on the Board of Editors for the WMU Thomas M Cooley Law Review. Rachel is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan as well as the Eastern District of Michigan. Rachel has represented hundreds of clients at their bankruptcy proceedings including meeting of creditors, confirmation hearings and contested hearings.
David is an associate attorney with Kostopoulos & Associates PLLC. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from University of Windsor, Canada in 2015. He went on to receive his JD degree from Wayne State University Law School in 2018. Davis is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan, as well as he Eastern and Western District of Michigan Federal Courts. He has previously served as a board member for Detroit’s Free Legal Aid Clinic and is fluent in Mandarin.
Daniel is an associate Attorney with Kostopoulos & Associates PLLC. He received his B.A from Wayne State University and Juris Doctor from the Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. Daniel is licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan. He is the recipient of his law school’s Book Award for excellence in Contracts and Business Organization. While in law school, he participated in the Bankruptcy Pro Bono clinic program, which provided aid to indigent clients who needed to file bankruptcy. Daniel is fluent in Arabic and is involved in various volunteer projects within the Metro Detroit Middle - Eastern/American community.
Jack is an associate attorney with Kostopoulos & Associates PLLC. He is licensed attorney in Michigan and Arizona as well as licensed CPA in Michigan since 1989. Jack was admitted to the Michigan Bar and Arizona Bar in 1987. He received at BA in history from Alma College, Alma, MI: and was Student Body President (1979). He received an Accounting degree from Cleary University Howell, MI in 1983 and received is JD with distinction from Cooley Law School in 1986.
Richard Suh is licensed to practice law in the State of California, and is an associate attorney at Kostopoulos Law Group PC locations in Oakland and San Francisco. Richard graduated from Stanford University in 1990 with a bachelor's degree in History and received his JD from UCLA Law School in 1996. Richard has extensive experience in all aspects of Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy practice. His mission is to assist people in a distressed time in their lives and help them get back on their feet. Richard speaks fluent Korean.
Eric M. Noga, Attorney – Eric is an associate attorney with Kostopoulos & Associates PLLC. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Wayne State University in 2009 and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in 2013, where he was a senior member of Moot Court. Eric is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan.
Sandy Dobson has been with Kostopoulos & Associates for 2yrs and is currently the Office Manager/Accounting Financial Supervisor. Sandy graduated from John F. Kennedy Business Center in Montreal (Canada), majoring in Accounting. Sandy came to the firm with over 13 years of corporate financial experience. Sandy has gained a wealth of knowledge about bankruptcy law and continues to advance her career in the legal arena.
Rubi Villanueva is a Paralegal. She is a graduate from Chabot College with an Associates in Administration of Justice and an Associates in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Behavioral Sciences. Ruby is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish.

Kevin Desjarlais is a legal assistant at Kostopoulos & Associates, PLLC. He graduated from Michigan State University in 2016 with a Bachelors in Political Science/Pre-law. He has been working in bankruptcy law for 2 years, with extensive experience in both creditor’s and debtor’s rights.
George is a legal assistant with Kostopoulos & Associates PLLC. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wayne State University in 2018 and will begin his studies towards a Juris Doctorate in the fall of 2020. George is fluent in Greek and is an active member of metro Detroit’s Greek community. In his free time, George enjoys playing ice hockey and listening to jazz.

Matt just completed a semester working in the Estate Planning Clinic at WMU Cooley School of Law. In his free time, Matt enjoys going to the movies and is an avid F1 fan.
